Vendor must supply own power and water

1. Vendor will be present and fully operational at the Event on the date and time specified above.  Vendor will be provided with space from which to sell goods from his/her food truck.  Vendor is responsible for securing all required permits and licenses.

2. Vendor will:

·      Provide all food merchandise and staff

·      Provide services at times stated above on the date(s) of the Event

·      Follow all local, state and federal laws and regulations

·      Work from the space you are assigned

·      Provide quality food product and a food truck that is staffed by clean, professional and courteous personnel

·      Plastic food gloves shall be used by Vendor personnel. 

·      Appropriate fire extinguisher equipment must be inside the truck and readily accessible during the Event

     3.         Space rental is 10’ x 16’

     4.         Set up time 7:00 – 7:45 a.m. or otherwise specified on the day of the event

     5.         Space allocations will be based upon order of arrival

     6.         Open to the public: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

     7.         Sales must conclude by 5:00 p.m., Vendor may vacate the grounds at the end of the event day or Vendor may choose to keep their secured food truck on the event grounds.  There will be fencing, cameras and security for overnight protection of said food truck.

     8.         Vendor supplies his/her own canopies, tables and chairs and must remove all trash at the end of the day

     9.         Each Vendor shall be solely responsible for any damage to his/her site

            10.       Each Vendor is responsible for paying his/her own state sales tax

     11.       Attachments (such as stakes) to the paved parking lot and/or flowerbeds are prohibited. Vendor will be fined $1000.00 for such an act

     12.       Vendor agrees to hold harmless Old Timer’s Flea Market, LLC., their members, and authorized representatives for any personal injury, property loss or damages of any nature suffered by any Vendor and/or representative because of this event

·       Vendor’s exhibit may not extend past the limits of Vendor's space

·       Water and electricity hook-ups are not available

·       The sale of knives, box cutters, unlicensed products, firearms, martial arts weapons, drugs, live ammunition, live animals, pornographic materials, spray paints and solvents is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  No alcohol is allowed on grounds for consumption or sale.  No pets are allowed on premises. Old Timer’s Flea Market, LLC., reserves the right to close any Vendor and evict the Vendor for non-compliance

  1. Go to tax.idaho.gov/GoToTAP and under “Sellers and Promoters” click “Register as a Temporary Seller or Promoter.”

  2. Choose “Seller WITH Event ID” > “Next”

  3. Choose “I am going to an event” > “Next”

  4. Enter the Event ID > “Next”

  5. Enter your Seller Information > “Next”

  6. Choose Purpose: “I am not making taxable sales,” “I have a regular permit” or “I need a temporary permit.” > “Next”

  7. Review your entry > “Submit”

  8. Check your email account for further instructions or attached Temporary Sellers Permit (if applicable).


YES, all participants need to register but NO, Regular Sales & Use Tax holders do NOT need a Temp Permit.
